While the major letdown appears to be their customer service, this is, of course, based upon whom you ask. We have generated this opinion by scouring message boards throughout the Internet.
However, Interspire's strengths are so impressive for just about any business that any shortcomings they may have (or have had) pale in comparison to what you get out of this email marketing service.

The Power of good Autoresponder
A good autoresponder can be the difference between your site just plodding along and your site exploding with users. You go to so much trouble to get users to your web site would it be nice if you could keep them coming back for more! I was guilty of this for years and now im kicking myself as i must have lost 1000's of email address i could of turned into paying customers.
Follow up emails are a great way to build trust with your users, and once your user gets to know your a good guy or gal then they will buy from you its so simple, we buy from people we like.
